Open Call Interactions
NB: The deadline for this open call has expired.
POST is looking for makers and thinkers in Gelderland!
Are you a graduated artist, philosopher, filmmaker, cultural theorist, writer, scientist, musician, curator, performer or art historian? Are you in need of dialogue, support, exchange and cooperation? And does your practice or research have a strong connection with current developments or urgent themes in society?
For the interdisciplinary talent development project Interactions, POST is looking for makers and thinkers in Gelderland. Interactions focuses on peer-to-peer exchange of perspectives, practices and knowledge. The aim is to stimulate the individual practice of each participant within a collective framework.
Within the programme there is room for a collective working period, workshops and lectures by guest speakers. The participants shape the programme themselves, so that it meets their needs and ambitions. This leads to the development, execution and realisation of a self-designed final presentation. POST supports the participants practically, theoretically and financially. The programme will run roughly from the end of May to December 2021.
If you are interested in participating, please send your CV, portfolio and motivation of maximum one A4 to info@platformpost.nl by Sunday 9 May, with subject Open Call Interactions 2021, in which you describe the following:
Why would you like to participate in Interactions?
What artistic or theoretical topics are you currently interested in?
What would you like to develop or learn during the project, what would you like to work on?
What expertise or knowledge do you have that you would like to share with the rest of the participants?
Selection will take place in the first half of May.
